DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Reno Budget Tracker is a digital product supplied electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

Immediate access and cancellation rights

When you purchase Reno Budget Tracker, you may request immediate access to the digital content. By confirming at checkout that you would like access to begin immediately, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the download or access begins.

Because access is supplied immediately, we do not normally offer refunds for change of mind after the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Faulty products and access problems

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If the digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, or you are unable to access it because of a problem with the product or download supplied by us, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Please note that Reno Budget Tracker stores information locally in the user’s browser and on the device being used. Customers are responsible for downloading regular backups. We cannot usually recover information lost because browser data was cleared, a device was lost or changed, or a backup was not created.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you believe you have made a duplicate or accidental purchase, please contact us promptly and before downloading or accessing the product. Any discretionary refund will be considered individually.
